Within 30 days of arrival, the stay is no longer refundable. For bookings made less than 30 days before arrival, the full amount is paid when you book. The exact dates are shown in your booking summary.

For both houses
The pools: opening & heating.
Both pools are private and open all year round.
- 1 May to 30 September: heating included in your stay.
- April and October: optional heating, €100 initial heating + €25 per booked night, to add when you book. Stays spanning two periods: prior agreement depending on the weather. How to add it ↗
- November to March: pool open but unheated. Exceptional heating can be considered on request, depending on the weather and technical feasibility, with a supplement quoted and agreed in advance.
Heating a pool up takes several days; the water temperature depends on the weather and cannot be guaranteed, especially for the infinity pool at Le Belvédère, which is more exposed to the wind. The pools are not supervised: children must be watched by an adult at all times. Just remember to pack your beach towels.

Options
EV charging and pool heating.
Add your options when you book: they are paid with your stay, with nothing else to do.
Pool heating
April and October: €100 initial heating + €25 per booked night. Included from May to September. From November to March, or for a stay spanning two periods: on request, depending on the weather.
How to add them
- Booking on our website: at the “Add-ons” step of checkout, add the EV charger or, for heating, both “Pool heat-up” and “Heated pool”. The amount is added to your booking and follows the same payment schedule.
- Already booked on our website: pay for the option by card below, entering the number of nights as the quantity and your booking reference.
- Booked on Airbnb, Booking.com or another platform: message us there; we will send you a payment request to settle on the platform.
Options are not covered by the 20% direct-booking discount. Heating the pool takes several days and the water temperature depends on the weather.
Arrival & departure
A welcome at your own pace.
Check-in is from 4 pm and check-out by 11 am. Whenever possible, you’ll be welcomed in person; self check-in with a secure key safe is also available, particularly for late arrivals.
A few days before you arrive, Cédric will send you the exact address and directions, and ask how you would like the flexible beds made up. On the day, let him know 30 to 60 minutes before you arrive. He remains available by message or phone throughout your stay.
End-of-stay cleaning is taken care of by us (cleaning and linen fee). We simply ask you to leave the house tidy, the washing-up done and the bins emptied.

Each house has a 7 kW charging point, available as an option at €20 per night booked, for the whole of your stay. The flat fee gives your whole group access to the charger; only one car can charge at a time. Add it when you book, at the “Add-ons” step. Already booked?
Tourist tax
A tax collected for the local area.
As with all tourist accommodation in France, a tourist tax is added to the price of your nights. It funds tourism services and the preservation of the sites you will visit.
It is €1.18 per adult per night at La Bastide du Causse and, at Le Belvédère du Quercy, €1.30 per adult per night in 2026, then €1.69 from 1 January 2027; guests under 18 are exempt. The amount is shown separately in your booking summary, before any payment.
Getting to the Domaine
In the heart of Quercy, easy to reach.
The two houses are a few minutes apart, in Ginouillac and Soucirac, between Gourdon, Rocamadour and Sarlat. A car is essential to make the most of the area.

Answers before you travel
Frequently asked questions.
Are the houses and pools private?
Yes. Each house, its pool and its outdoor spaces are reserved exclusively for the guests on the booking. La Bastide du Causse is in Ginouillac and Le Belvédère du Quercy is in Soucirac: they are two separate addresses.
Can we book both houses together?
Yes, for a group of up to 12 people. The houses are a few minutes’ drive apart. Book them separately or write to Cédric to organise your stay. Both houses together ↗
What does the price shown include?
The price of the nights, including the 20% direct-booking discount. The cleaning and linen fee (€150 at La Bastide, €80 at Le Belvédère) and the tourist tax are added to this. Bed linen, bath towels, Wi-Fi and pool heating from May to September are included.
How does payment work?
30% when you book, by card on a secure page, then the balance 30 days before arrival. For bookings made less than 30 days before arrival, the full amount is paid straight away.
Is a security deposit required?
Yes: €800 for La Bastide du Causse and €500 for Le Belvédère du Quercy, as a simple card imprint. Your booking confirmation includes the Swikly link, with a reminder 7 days before arrival. If you book fewer than 7 days before arrival, register your deposit as soon as you receive the confirmation. If it is already registered, no further action is needed. No amount is blocked or charged: the imprint is only used if damage is found, with supporting documents, and it is released after your departure.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation is free up to 30 days before arrival: everything you have paid is refunded in full. After that, the stay is no longer refundable. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
Can we choose double or single beds?
At La Bastide du Causse, two bedrooms have a queen-size bed and two are flexible (one queen-size bed or two single beds). At Le Belvédère du Quercy, one bedroom has a queen-size bed and the other is flexible. Cédric will ask your preference before you arrive.
Is linen provided?
Yes: bed linen and bath towels are provided. You only need to bring beach towels for the pool.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed. The houses are also non-smoking indoors.
Can we bring children?
Of course. A cot and high chair are available on request. The pools are not supervised: an adult must be with children at all times.
How do I use the EV charger?
A 7 kW charging point is available at each house, as an option at €20 per night booked for the whole stay. Only one car can charge at a time. Add it when you book, at the “Add-ons” step: it is paid with your stay. All options.
Do we need a car?
Yes, a car is essential to reach the houses, do your shopping in Gourdon (15 minutes away) and explore the Lot and the Périgord.
