The idea
A house for each.
The same spirit.
Beyond eight people, one house is no longer enough. Rather than one large building where everything is shared, the Domaine offers two whole houses a four-minute drive apart: everyone keeps their own space, kitchen, pool and pace, and you meet up whenever you like, by the water or on a day out.
Both houses were restored at the same time, by the same owner and to the same standards: the same level of comfort, very similar interiors, the same linen, the same welcome and a single point of contact, Cédric, before and during your stay.

Two matching restorations
Exposed stone, wood, velvet and light: both houses were rebuilt from top to bottom with the same materials and the same care, down to the bed linen and the bathrooms.

Each house to yourselves
Each house is entirely private: its own fitted kitchen, heated pool, parking and optional charging point. Nothing is shared with other guests.

Four minutes apart
Two kilometres by road separate Ginouillac and Soucirac. The same days out for everyone: Rocamadour 30 minutes away, Gourdon 15, Sarlat 45.
Day to day
Two kitchens, two chargers,
two pools.
Each house is complete and entirely private: fitted kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating, bed linen and towels provided. Both pools are heated from 1 May to 30 September, with heating available as an option in April and October. A 7 kW EV charger is available at each house, as an option.

Each house has its own calendar: book La Bastide, then Le Belvédère for the same dates, with the 20% direct discount on each. The cleaning and linen fee and the security deposit apply to each house.

Are both houses available on the same dates?
Not always: each has its own calendar. Check both on the booking page, or send us your dates and we will reply quickly.
Can we all have dinner together?
Indoors, the table at La Bastide seats ten and Le Belvédère is designed for four: with twelve, meals are best taken house by house. In the warm season, the large outdoor table at La Bastide, under the pergola, brings everyone together. For an evening out with twelve, we can also recommend good restaurants nearby.
How much does a stay in both houses cost?
The price of each house is shown for your dates on the booking page, with the 20% direct discount included. For each house, the cleaning and linen fee (€150 at La Bastide, €80 at Le Belvédère) and the tourist tax are added.
Are two deposits required?
Yes, one per house: €800 for La Bastide and €500 for Le Belvédère, as a simple card imprint registered online, with no amount blocked or charged.
What about nine or ten people?
Same principle: La Bastide sleeps up to eight and Le Belvédère up to four, children included. Beyond eight, both houses are needed, as the number of occupants in each house cannot exceed its capacity.
