Exposed stone, rough-hewn timber beams, wide windows opening onto the landscape: Le Belvédère du Quercy is an intimate house, designed for two couples, a family or a getaway for two. The sitting room and open-plan kitchen lead out to the terrace and its bioclimatic (louvred) pergola.
In front of you, the infinity pool follows the line of the hills. All around: 5,000 m² of fenced grounds, silence, and the sunsets our guests so often mention. The house, grounds, pool and parking are entirely yours.

This place was absolutely stunning. A very tranquil and private area with no traffic, no noise and plenty of gorgeous scenery. The heated pool, valley view and comfortable beds will bring us back!
Amazing place to stay, extremely peaceful with beautiful surroundings. Cedric is extremely helpful and responsive. The heated infinity pool is perfect to watch the sunset and just relax. 5* hosting, 5* accommodation.
We returned for our second stay in Soucirac, in the same wonderful house with its amazing infinity pool, AC, clean bathroom, great kitchen, and lovely terrace. In the evenings, we enjoyed barbecues with unbelievable terrace views.
Peaceful, private & beautiful views! This was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The villa was spotlessly clean and had everything you could need along with being really stylish and modern.
Il y a des endroits où l’on se sent tellement bien que l’on oublie un peu le reste… Ce logement a été une très belle découverte. J’ai adoré cette sensation d’espace, le calme qui règne sur la propriété et, bien sûr, la magnifique piscine à débordement, qui donne envie de prendre tout son temps. Tout était impeccablement propre et j’ai vraiment pu savourer cette parenthèse.
La vue est absolument magnifique, de celles que l’on prend plaisir à contempler encore et encore. La superbe piscine à débordement est un pur bonheur et donne vraiment envie de prolonger chaque instant dans ce cadre exceptionnel. L’intérieur est décoré avec énormément de goût : c’est beau, chaleureux, confortable, et l’on s’y sent merveilleusement bien dès l’arrivée.
Le logement de Cédric vaut vraiment le détour. Les hôtes sont très accueillants, très attentionnés. Ils ont mis beaucoup de goût et de qualité à rénover cette très belle maison. Très bonne literie. Un vrai havre de paix. La vue est exceptionnelle avec la piscine, c’est vraiment magique.
Excellent accueil. La maison est très belle avec des équipements de très bonne qualité, literie et serviettes également. Un environnement paisible avec une vue magnifique, mention spéciale pour les couchers de soleil devant la piscine.

In Soucirac, Le Belvédère du Quercy welcomes up to four guests in a detached house of 85 m², with two bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. A place for two, or for a small group, to enjoy the view over the countryside and discover the villages of the Lot at your own pace.
